The Seychelles Tourism Academy and the Shannon College of Hotel Management in Ireland are in the process of reviewing the partnership between the two institutions. Tourism Ministers Roger Kacou of Cote D'Ivoire and Alain St.Ange of the Seychelles met yesterday in Rabat Morocco on the sidelines of the Sustainable and Responsible Tourism Forum. A new café was officially opened at the departure lounge of the Seychelles International Airport last week. Named Café Paradiso, the new eating area is managed by local company Skychef Servair. The café was officially opened by Georgia Van Heyste, the daughter of the founder of Skychef Servair the late Panos Papakokinos.
