Seychelles Secrets Online is a free, non-profit booking and reservation service, provided by the Seychelles Tourism Board for easy access to information and bookings for potential visitors, tour operators and accommodation providers.

Seychelles Secrets Online will share your information to the service providers you choose through the online booking system, but will not share that information with any other third parties.  Only information necessary for the purpose of booking and reservations will be disclosed to the service providers.

Certain demographical data that you send through Seychelles Secrets Online will be extracted ONLY for the market research purposes of the Seychelles Tourism Board, but names and other private information will not be retained at all.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Neither the Seychelles Tourism Board, nor Seychelles Secrets Online, engages in any monetary transactions through this Web site in any way whatsoever.

Payment for accommodation and all related travel services a visitor secures through Seychelles Secrets Online will be directly settled with the chosen tour operator, agency or establishment, not Seychelles Secrets Online.

Please note that tour operators and tourism establishments have their own deposit and payment policies.

The rates listed on Seychelles Secrets Online are derived from the averages for one person per night, based on two people sharing.  Prices may vary according to the travel season, the occupancy number in a room or a self catering establishment.

Please note that all invoices in hotels and restaurants in Seychelles are subject to a 7% sales tax.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellations or changes to travel plans after a reservation has been submitted, enacted by either the prospective client or the service provider, should be communicated between those two contracting parties.  Seychelles Secrets Online is not liable to any party, for cancellations or changes to travel plans.

INSURANCE AND INJURY
Seychelles Secrets Online is simply a free information platform and booking service and is not liable for personal injury, illness or death occurring during your holiday.  Please refer to your tour operator, ground handling agent or the accommodation provider to see if holiday insurance plans are available.
